The Lima Chapter DAR was organized in the residence of Mrs. Clara Paine Ohler, who became the first chapter Regent. Organization officers were: Mrs. Clara Paine Fuller, Regent; Mrs. F. M. Bell, Vice Regent; Miss Florence Campbell, Historian; Mrs. Grace Hollister, Secretary; Miss Isabel Mackenzie, Treasurer; Mrs. J. W. Roby, Registrar; Mrs. Carolyn Everts Brice, Chaplain.
Lima Chapter celebrated its Centennial in 2007.
Our LocationLima Chapter members come from Lima - Allen County, Auglaize, Mercer, and other surrounding counties. Our MeetingsLima Chapter meets the third Saturday of each month from September through June. Usually held at the Allen County Museum (1:30 p.m.), but time and location is subject to change.
